Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production associates, develop team members, coach, motivate and train associates to high performance levels in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Lead lean processes and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve production line issues and troubleshoot problems.  
  • Maintain accurate account of production metrics and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. 
  • Cross-train in other functional areas in order to support the manufacturing facility for special projects and assignments.  
  • May flex between shifts, as needed.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
  • Three to Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work additional overtime hours when needed.
  • Microsoft Office Computer Skills
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
