What You’ll Do
• Conduct home inspections to identify pest concerns
• Provide customized solutions and competitive quotes to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on proposals through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Meet and exceed sales goals while helping customers protect their homes and businesses
What We’re Looking For
• Previous sales experience (outside sales or customer-facing preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build trust and relationships quickly
• Observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable with in-home inspections
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals
