Job DetailsJob Location: Greenville - Greenville, SC 29607POSITION RESPONSIBILITIEs Ability to lead multiple project managers and complete difficult assignments within specified time requirements. Communicate, establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, business associates and the general public.  Prepares project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives. Defines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives. Track risks, procurement, long-lead items, and resourcing Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and attending industry conferences and trade shows. Analyze designs to identify cost-saving or efficiency-improving alternatives Promote Customer Relations Builds effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations. Actively participates in industry, client, and community relations to enhance company image. Proactively seeks new business opportunities through relationships acquired on each project. Culture, Leadership and Employee Development Behaviors are in alignment with our Core Values, Purpose and Vision. Serves as a role model and promotes professional behavior. Actively participates in industry, client, and community relations to enhance company image Takes full ownership of personal career development through on-the-job training, CDCC Way training programs and assists in the development of Project Engineers, APM’s, Interns / Co-Ops Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.   Qualifications REQUIRED CAPABILITIES Project Manager Specific   Strategic problem sol Ability to articulate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders Conflict resolution an negotiation Ability to lead and drive internal alignment     WORKING CONDITIONS Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
