Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Variable work hours

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, equipment use, injury prevention, and recovery
  • Supervise PTAs and support staff
  • Complete timely documentation and billing in EPIC
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current State Physical Therapist license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Previous healthcare or hospital experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
