Our Mission: Building the nation’s preeminent eye care services company by partnering with world class physicians to drive superior clinical and surgical outcomes, while optimizing the patient experience.   Position Summary We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead the evaluation, design, and execution of highly strategic and impactful projects. Examples of such projects include clinical platform implementations, artificial intelligence tool evaluation and implementation, onboarding for newly acquired practices, and project management for opening of de novo locations.   Location Requirements While the role will be primarily remote, we expect the teammate to spend significant time in CompEye’s clinics. As such, candidates must be based in one of the following geographic areas: Las Vegas, Nevada Seattle, Washington Austin, Texas   Roles and Responsibilities Scope and evaluate potential projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop robust project plans that include clear milestones, owners, and delivery dates. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs. Develop detailed project plans to monitor, track progress, and performance. Collaborate and consult with staff and vendors.   Experience Requirement 2+ years of experience in project management or consulting. Healthcare industry experience is referred Healthcare Provider setting experience preferred Ophthalmology experiences is a plus Strategic Thinking: The Project Manager will be required to understand the key priorities of the company and how to turn those into actionable projects that drive value. Organization: The Project Manager must be highly organized and able to effectively manage all activities in order to execute on projects successfully. This teammate will often be managing multiple projects at the same time. EQ and Team Collaboration: The Project Manager will need to be skilled at working effectively with teammates and leaders across all different parts of the company. They will need to effectively engage and lead others toward common goals and successful team outcomes. Results Driven and Sense of Urgency: The Project Manager should be intrinsically motivated by driving to concrete and measurable results and maintain a healthy sense of “urgency” that will keep projects moving forward timely.   Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Project Management Professional certification is a plus   Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
