PART-TIME Sales Associate

Join Our Team at Service Jewelry and Repair (Part-Time)

Location: Hendersonville, TN

Service Jewelry and Repair is seeking a part-time, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service that creates a welcoming and memorable shopping experience

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor

• Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions

• Accurately process purchases and returns using the POS system

• Follow inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Support team members and assist with special events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-minded with a customer-first approach

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working in a team environment

• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Hours of opertation: Monday - Friday, 9a - 6p; Saturday 9a -5p

• Up to 25 hours per week
