Responsibilities

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic (3 yrs) for two buildings in Herndon, Va. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
Conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance : RTU's/AC/VAV Boxes
Miscellaneous : ceiling tiles, lights, bathrooms

Salary $25-$27

Qualifications

High School Diploma
Driver's License
Minimum 3 years' experience commercial building maintenance
Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
Dependable and reliable
