Maintenance Mechanic

About the Role

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic (3 yrs) for two buildings in Herndon, Va. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
• Conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance : RTU's/AC/VAV Boxes
• Miscellaneous : ceiling tiles, lights, bathrooms

Salary $25-$27

You Should Have

• High School Diploma
• Driver's License 
• Minimum 3 years' experience commercial building maintenance
• Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
• Dependable and reliable
