Maintenance Technician

Job DetailsJob Location: Highland , NY 12528Salary Range: $25.00 - $29.00 HourlyRocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to assist with the ongoing operational and project needs of the property.  Responsibilities - Conduct thorough daily checks of mechanical equipment property wide  - Maintain guest rooms and all public facilities to ensure all are in good working order - Respond to technician requests from a variety of other departments - Adhere to detailed preventative maintenance schedule - Identify, troubleshoot, and repair most plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry systems QualificationsQualifications - Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar technician role, within a fast paced environment - Experience using a variety of both hand and power tools - Flexible schedule, including repeat availability on holidays, weekends, and even nights - CPO or AFO aquatic facility licenses a plus We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, profit sharing plan, meals, potential for on-site housing, PTO, and access to resort amenities and family discounts.
