Job Summary
Produces key management reporting deliverables, including developing presentations for weekly Ambassador and management speaking points for Ambassador meetings. Ensures compliance with TMHCC policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce key management reporting deliverables, including developing presentations for weekly Ambassador and management speaking points for Ambassador meetings.
- Ensure compliance with TMHCC policy requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and apply disciplinary knowledge to conceptualize, develop, and manage reports that highlight control issues and risks impacting TMHCC.
- Work with TMHCC technical teams on reporting automation initiatives.
- Contribute to governance and facilitate the execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment as required by the Standards, including assessing risks associated with business changes.
- Support teams in ensuring the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the Control Framework implementation.
- Perform detailed analyses to identify issue root causes, partner with control and process owners to recommend holistic corrective actions and improvements and provide checks and challenges to ensure appropriate escalation in accordance with Policies.
- Address Operational and Compliance Risk in accordance with established Policy requirements.
- Perform detailed analyses to identify, assess, escalate, and manage risk exposures across Risk Categories (Operational Compliance, Strategic, Reputational, etc.), including material, emerging, and concentration risks in accordance with enterprise Policies and the establishment of Key Indicators to monitor risk exposures.
- Participate in identifying, assessing, recording, and responding to Operational and Compliance Risk events, ensuring accurate and timely capture in accordance with requirements.
- Detail risks associated with New Activities and changes to the Business, ensuring they are well understood and adequately documented.
- Coordinate risk and control responsibilities and ensure accountabilities are embedded within business units, including providing training and leading by example.
- Support the development of standards and procedures that conform to enterprise requirements and support sound operational and compliance risk management.
- Apply business, product, or service knowledge to identify and implement control points and processes throughout the business

Education
Education Level 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in related field
Experience
2 years in data migration and data analysis
Other
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational influencing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to see the big picture with high attention to critical details
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or other visualization software
- Knowledge in scripting for data analysis preferred (Python, SQL)
- Experience in project management
- Certified in at least one cloud technology (AWS/Azure)
- Strong business acumen to relate risks on a business level
