About The Position

Adelphi is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric medical services to students at a school district in El Paso, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide psychiatric services in accordance with federal, state, and district regulations and policies.

Responsibilities: 
 • Conduct new psychiatric evaluations (60-minute sessions).
 • Conduct follow-up psychiatric appointments (30-minute sessions).
 • Provide medication management.
 • Maintain accurate and timely charting, notation, and dictation for all patient encounters.
 • Collaborate with school counselors, nurses, and administration (as needed) to support students’ mental health plans.
 • Ensure services are in compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and all relevant data security and privacy regulations.
 • Respond to district communication and documentation requirements in a timely and professional manner.
