What You’ll Do as a Parts Inventory Control Coordinator:

As a Parts Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy while supporting daily warehouse and parts operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform data entry for daily stock orders
• Conduct daily bin counts to verify inventory accuracy
• Maintain record files and track location changes for inventory items
• Investigate and manage stock discrepancy claims
• Provide backup support for the Reman Coordinator
• Assist with other warehouse and parts operations as needed
• Support inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Experience using 10-key touch
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with Caterpillar SIS systems
• Accounting experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
