Ā SUMMARYĀ 

TheĀ Manager -Ā People AnalyticsĀ serves as a global strategic partner responsible forĀ the design, developmentĀ andĀ oversight ofĀ HR analytics, metrics and reportingĀ andĀ partnering withĀ business leadership andĀ HR functional groups to standardize key performance indicators and workforce analytics to driveĀ cross-functional,Ā data-driven business decisions.Ā

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESĀ 

May include, but are not limited to:Ā 

  • DevelopĀ a clear visionĀ to lead the organization towards a ā€œdata-driven and insight-led culture.ā€Ā Ā 

  • UnderstandĀ businessĀ strategyĀ and developĀ key metrics thatĀ align withĀ overall business objectives and contributeĀ to the success of the organization.Ā 

  • UnderstandĀ key financial metrics andĀ ensureĀ peopleĀ analytics strategy/outputs align withĀ the financial language of the organization.Ā 

  • CollaborateĀ with HR business partners and other teams to ensureĀ data-drivenĀ insights lead to actionable strategies that enhance workplace efficiency and engagement.Ā 

  • Develop and implement strategies to communicate changes effectively and measure progress.Ā 

  • Develop/install people, processes, and technology to accommodate requests for insights and data, not only about the workforce and HR, but fromĀ otherĀ business operationsĀ as well.Ā 

  • Develop/installĀ workforceĀ planning as a process of analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand,Ā andĀ assess gaps.Ā Ā 

  • Anticipate andĀ evaluateĀ the impact and implications of future decisions and activities on other parts of the organization.Ā 

  • Evaluate data and courses of action to reach logical, pragmatic decisions. Take an unbiased, rational approach with calculated risks.Ā Ā 

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.Ā 

  • Performs other special projects and assignments as required by management.Ā 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSĀ 

  • An advancedĀ degree in Human Resources,Ā Data Analytics, Data ScienceĀ orĀ otherĀ relatedĀ subject.Ā 

  • HR orĀ People AnalyticsĀ Consulting backgroundĀ preferred.Ā 

  • Outstanding communicationĀ skillsĀ (written and oral)Ā and ability to effectively present information.Ā 

  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.Ā 

  • PreviousĀ experience working in a global or international organization is an asset.Ā 

  • Demonstrated ability to produce results in a high volume, fast paced environment.Ā 

  • ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability toĀ present data in a clear and meaningful way.Ā 

  • English fluencyĀ (written and spoken) is required.Ā Ā Fluency inĀ someĀ additionalĀ language(s)Ā (Dutch,Ā French,Ā German,Ā Italian,Ā Mandarin Chinese,Ā Spanish,Ā Vietnamese)Ā preferred.Ā

While performing the duties of this job, the employee isĀ frequentlyĀ required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.Ā Ā The employeeĀ is occasionally required toĀ stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Ā Ā The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds,Ā frequentlyĀ lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Ā Ā Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Ā

WORK ENVIRONMENTĀ 

The noise level in the work environment is usuallyĀ moderateĀ as normally based in an office.Ā Ā Some of the work may beĀ requiredĀ in the operating units which can require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.Ā  MayĀ also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.Ā Ā Travel up toĀ 50% including air travel or auto travel.Ā
