Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Shop Helpers for both day and evening shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with basic shop experience looking to grow their skills in machining and production.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations in a machine shop environment
Support machine operators and technicians with setup and material handling
Use basic tools and equipment such as grinders
Measure materials using a ruler or tape measure
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
Help ensure production goals and deadlines are met

Qualifications

General machine shop knowledge
Understanding of shop safety practices
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Previous shop or manufacturing experience
Experience using grinders
Ability to read a ruler/tape measure accurately
