This role ensures compliance with DPR’s quality playbook, project-specific QC plans, and client requirements. The QA/QC Lead will manage inspection processes, coordinate with manufacturing and procurement teams, and maintain rigorous standards across two high-output assembly lines producing up to 160 modules per month. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

  • Maintain alignment with End User standards and DPR’s quality playbook.

  • Conduct dimensional checks and verify tolerances using advanced tools (e.g., CMM for HAC assemblies).

  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.

  • Document inspection results and manage non-conformance processes (tag, quarantine, vendor notification).

  • Collaborate with assembly leads and manufacturing engineers to optimize workflows for work cells (Electrical Insert, Poly Containment, Pipe Assembly, Bunking).

  • Support lessons learned integration from test builds and maintain QA/QC records.

  • Prepare quality reports for internal stakeholders and client review.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced assembly environment.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5 years in QA/QC within modular assembly or manufacturing environments; familiarity with prefabrication workflows and industrialized construction.
