The Senior Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in enabling Habit Burger & Grill’s growth and restaurant performance by leading RMI (Restaurant Margin Improvement) initiatives, strengthening supplier and cross-functional execution, and providing clear visibility, accountability, and coordination across all supply chain activities. This role serves as the primary supply chain lead for the Habit Brand Team, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply continuity, operational readiness, and alignment with brand priorities.

Salary Range: $157,100 - $184,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
