Escrow Assistant — Experienced | Qualia Required

People’s Title LLC is seeking a highly qualified Escrow Assistant with proven title and escrow experience and hands-on knowledge of Qualia.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a strong, verifiable work history who understands the title environment and can become productive quickly.

What Matters to Us

  • Your work history is important. We are looking for demonstrated experience, stability, responsibility, and progression in previous roles.
  • Title and escrow experience is required.
  • Qualia experience is strongly preferred.
  • Texas Escrow Officer License is a plus.
  • Excellent email communication is absolutely required. You must be able to write clear, professional, grammatically correct emails and communicate confidently with clients, agents, lenders, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Teamwork is absolutely required. You must communicate well internally, support your Escrow Officer and teammates, accept direction, and follow through on commitments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Professional phone and client communication skills.
  • Accountability for assigned tasks from beginning through completion.

Responsibilities

You will assist Escrow Officers with residential real estate transactions from opening through closing. Responsibilities include maintaining files in Qualia, communicating with all parties, requesting and tracking documents, monitoring deadlines, following up on outstanding items, preparing files for closing, and maintaining complete and accurate file documentation.

Our Standard

At People’s Title LLC, accuracy, communication, and accountability matter.

We need an Escrow Assistant who communicates before someone has to ask, follows up without being reminded, and works as part of the team—not in a silo.

Your resume should clearly show your complete and relevant work history, including your title/escrow experience and experience using Qualia.

If you know title, know Qualia, write excellent emails, work well with others, and take ownership of your responsibilities, we want to hear from you.

I’d also make applicants submit a short writing sample or answer an email scenario. For this position, that may tell you as much about the candidate as the resume.
