 MasterMold is growing and we’re building the next generation of manufacturing leaders to grow with us.
 
 We are actively seeking Production Supervisors to lead critical operations across Press, Paint, Bonding, Assembly, and Finishing on both Day and Night shifts. This role is ideal for hands-on leaders who thrive on accountability, people development, and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
