Industrial Maintenance Technician | Raymore, MO

Pay Rate: $27 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM–4:30 AM

LSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background to support daily facility operations. This is a temporary position for up to 5 months, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair tasks
Support equipment troubleshooting and upkeep
Assist with maintaining industrial equipment and machinery
Support general facility operations as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

Experience working in an industrial maintenance environment
Experience working on industrial equipment and machinery
Strong mechanical background and hands-on mechanical knowledge
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Ability to work on and off the ground as needed
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Strong team player with a willingness to learn
