As part of ourprogram, you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, tackle real-worldchallenges, and contribute to strategic initiatives, all while developingknowledge of our policies and procedures crucial to being trusted businessleaders.

- Rotational Assignments:Â Dive into different facets of finance, from financial planning and analysis to risk management and asset safeguarding. Each of the 4, 6-month rotations will broaden your skill set and deepen your understanding of our organization.
- Training: Our comprehensive training program covers technical skills, leadership development, and immersion into our products and services. You’ll attend workshops, participate in case studies, and engage with thought leaders.
- Coaching: You won’t be on this journey alone. Throughout the program, you’ll receive coaching and mentoring from associates throughout Finance who will guide you, provide feedback, and help you navigate your career.
Specific Responsibilities
- Â Collaborates with operating and functional leaders to dissect operating results, uncover cost variations, and analyze historical trends. Delivers concise reports and impactful insights, ensuring clear communication.
- Crafts monthly financial statements with precision, providing timely analyses that empower operating and functional management. Our numbers tell a story, and finance is here to translate it to our cross-functional partners.
- Evaluates the return on investment for critical projects, whether it’s capital expenditures, marketing initiatives, or new product launches. As a safeguarder of assets, Finance conducts periodic audits of major investment projects to ensure we stick to our commitments and learn for future endeavors.
- Active participant in business and process improvement initiatives; always asking ‘why’ to uncover insights and drive impactful solutions.
- Immersed in Kohler Co.'s policies and procedures, fueled by an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Finance or Accounting from an AACSB Accredited University preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 required
- Preferred candidates will have previous Finance/Accounting internship experience
- Must be legallyauthorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without companysponsorship
