Supply Chain & Operations Manager, Wellness Products

The Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Wellness Products will Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a growing wellness-focused business, covering sourcing, transportation, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to meet growth, service, and cost goals.

Our team focuses on expanding a wellness-driven product line, delivering a unique go-to-market strategy, and creating memorable showroom and digital experiences. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Oversee network optimization (warehousing, transportation, inventory, and suppliers).
  • Partner with New Product Development teams on sourcing strategies and integrating new SKUs.
  • Manage supply/demand planning and warehouse capacity, supporting S&OP functions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through contingency planning and real-time monitoring.
  • Track KPIs for suppliers, inventory, service, and delivery.
  • Build business cases for new supply chain resources; hire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Work with 3PLs, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational excellence.
  • Understand and influence supply chain cost drivers and forecast impacts.

Skills/Requirements

  • 10+ years of supply chain experience required; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field a plus.
  • Proven project leadership and strong business acumen in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce.
  • Data-driven decision making with financial and analytical expertise.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; SAP/SNP experience preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) and supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP) preferred.
