Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Employment Type: Part Time - 15 hours per work

Opportunity

Contribute to advancing the Kohler Brand by assisting Kohler Design Center customers realize theirkitchen and bath aspirations andinfluencing Kohler sales across all businesses.

Specific Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge across the Kohler plumbing products.
• Greet guests, consult with and specify product for small/medium customer projects.
• Qualify customers in order to provide the appropriate level of service and promote design appointments.
  
• Develop a level of comfort giving small group tours of the Kohler Design Center, including the museum.
  
• Develop a design vocabulary.
  
• Begin developing leadership skills.
  

Skills/Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Strong customer service orientation
  
• Self-motivated
  
• Confident conversationalist
  
• Pleasant phone presence
  
• Interest in design recommended
  
• Prior Kohler product knowledge preferred
