The Chiropractic Assistant plays an important role in supporting our Chiropractic team and ensuring patients have a smooth, positive experience.

Working under the direct supervision of a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, this position helps prepare patients for treatment, assists with delegated care tasks, and keeps the department running efficiently. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are essential.

What’s Available:

  • FTE: .8 (32 hours weekly)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM-4 PM

  • Department: Physical Medicine and Rehab

  • Location: La Crosse, WI with occasional travel to Onalaska

What you will do:

  • Provide LOVE + MEDICINE by supporting patients throughout their visit and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment

  • Assist with patient care tasks, mobility, and treatment setup under the direction of a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine

  • Prepare treatment areas, clean equipment, and maintain departmental supplies and inventory

  • Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Assist with patient transport within the medical complex using appropriate safety precautions

  • Perform office and administrative duties

What you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalency

  • Completion of a chiropractic tech course with a WI Chiropractic Technician certification

  • Current Infant–Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross, hands‑on required)

  • Prior experience supporting a chiropractor or working in a medical setting is a plus!
