This position is for a dependable and organized entry-level technician ready to accelerate his/her career in the Powersports industry.     What you will do  Install Audio systems  Install lighting systems,   Install lifts,   Install winches, wheel/tire kits, etc.     Requirements  2 years or more of Motorcycle/Powersports dealership experience is a plus.  Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.   Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record  Focus on quality and customer service.   Organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.   Competencies  Flexibility  Communication Proficiency  Collaboration Skills  Detail-Oriented  Organized  Customer Focus  Technical Capacity  Teamwork  Strong Work Ethic  Position Type and Expected Hours of Work  This is a full-time position. Days and hours will vary to accommodate the service department working hours. Hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
