What You’ll DoÂ
- Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional resultsÂ
- Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ AppÂ
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessionsÂ
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standardsÂ
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadershipÂ
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessionsÂ
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiativesÂ
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interactionÂ
What You Bring
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)Â
- CPR/AED certified (required)Â
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experienceÂ
- Proven success in client results and team mentoringÂ
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skillsÂ
- Sales and field marketing experience preferredÂ
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseÂ
