You’ll troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across complex electronic systems, working closely with engineering and production teams to uphold quality benchmarks. • Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures based on technical drawings, standard work, and diagrams
• Prepare concise technical reports that summarize findings and recommend solutions to complex issues
• Calibrate, maintain, and continuously improve test equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Lead small groups of test technicians within your functional area, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Maintain all required certifications to support compliance and operational readiness
• Recommend and implement 6S improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and workspace organization
