The resort will also feature aĀ championship golf courseĀ that connects the built environment to its natural setting in a seamless and dramatic way.Ā
The guest tower celebratesĀ 500 guest rooms, culminating in a range of scale and luxury experiences, highlighted by theĀ sky suites, offering panoramic views and elevated private experiences.Ā This project embodies the ambition to create a destination that is immersive, contemporary, and unforgettable in every detail.Ā

As aĀ Gensler Job Captain,Ā your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. With you as part of the design team, architecture has never been so engaging.Ā
Ā
What You Will DoĀ
Partner with Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projectĀ
Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent into the construction documentationĀ
Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during constructionĀ
Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectivesĀ
Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design conceptsĀ

Your QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās degree in Architecture from an accredited programĀ
5-8 years of post-graduation experienceĀ
Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniquesĀ
Experience in construction document preparation and field observationĀ
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Ā
Proficient in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and other 3D modeling softwareĀ
LEED accreditation preferredĀ
