Location: Remote with flexibility to work in Leander, TX or Great Neck, NY | Will be responsible for stand up in Palo Alto Office 

Engagement: Full-Time Reports to: CEO with close collaboration with across strategy, Operations, Engineering and Finance

Position Overview

Expectations for this position are building and scaling our Engineering department to build and ship next generation asymmetrical warfare 

What You Own (End-to-End)

• Mechanical design and refinement
• Work instructions and process documentation
• Managing entire mechanical, propulsion, and production process

Who You'll Bring

• You solve problems and see them through to completion
• Experience revamping unreliable processes into clean, repeatable systems
• Mentality to move fast and iterate on fly, not waiting for perfect conditions
• Experience balancing speed with discipline

Minimum Qualifications

• ITAR Eligibility: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. Citizen or National, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
