Hours and Location:

  • This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  •  We are located at 1361 Hero Way, Suite 102, Leander, Texas 78641
     

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

  • Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
  • Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
  • Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
  • Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more

What You’ll Bring:

  Basic Qualifications

  • Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Texas
     

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy
     

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  • Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes
