Site Operations Lead 

Process Builder | Problem Solver | Facilities Partner 

Location: Onsite - Leander, TX 

Engagement: Full-Time, Reports to Senior Leadership

Position Overview 

 

Expectations for this position are simple and demanding.  This includes building out logistics, scaling operations, and helping with vendor management.  This position fits many swim lanes across procurement, process, facilities, accounting/finance, and office management.

  • Facilitation of continuous improvements
  • Coordination with property management
  • Facilitation of vendor and customer visits
  • Onsite interview coordination
  • Manage and scale multiple Texas locations

 

Qualifications 

  • ITAR Eligibility: To Conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. Citizen or National, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 9 U.S.C section 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C section 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.  
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with one of these: Property Management/Facilities Management/Office Management 
  • 3+ years of applicable professional experience
