As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are often the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating lasting, positive impressions. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about animals, and values compassionate, attentive service. This is an opportunity to help us strengthen client relationships and support the well-being of pets through every interaction.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and managing check-in/check-out processes

  • Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable

  • Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently

  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client outreach

  • Present and explain service fees, and process payments

  • Recommend and assist with the purchase of products and services, including prescription refills

  • Educate clients on general pet care topics (e.g., flea/tick prevention, housebreaking, heartworm prevention)

  • Accurately maintain and organize medical records, charts, and correspondence
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • A compassionate approach toward both pets and their people

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to learn and apply new information quickly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in conditions involving pet-related allergens, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and waste
