Our empowered team provides the support, insight and scalable solutions needed to navigate today’s demands and solve our customers’ most complex challenges.  Overview: The Human Resources Intern supports the Human Resources team by assisting with the administrative, operational, and process-driven work that keeps HR functions running efficiently across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience with HR systems, employee data management, onboarding coordination, and internal HR processes, while also supporting recruitment and hiring activities as part of the overall employee lifecycle.  Working closely with HR Business Partners and other HR team members, the HR Intern will help maintain accurate employee data, support HR documentation and reporting, and assist with onboarding and hiring coordination. This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining practical experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce administration.  As Human Resources Intern, you will: HR Operations Support Support HR data entry related to new hires, employee status changes, organizational updates, and other personnel actions. Help ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and organized according to company standards. Help document and maintain HR processes, procedures, and internal forms. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Employee Onboarding Support Assist with ensuring new hires are properly set up in the system (HRIS, IT, etc.). Prepare new hire onboarding materials and coordinate bi-weekly New Hire Orientation (NHO). Help ensure required employment documentation is completed and properly verified. Drive bi-weekly New Hire Orientation presentations for all new hires across the organization. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination Assist with posting open positions on internal and external job boards. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members. Review applicants for open positions and perform initial phone screens to assess candidate fit. Maintain candidate information within the HRIS. Support candidate communication related to interview scheduling and hiring updates. Assist HR Business Partners with offer creation and extension.  Learning & Development Opportunities Hands-on experience to supporting day-to-day HR operations. Exposure to HR systems, employee records management, and workforce administration. Experience supporting onboarding and hiring processes. Insight into how HR supports employees and business operations. Opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners and HR leadership.  Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Include: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Interest in developing experience in Human Resources operations or HR administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  Reporting Structure: Reports To: HR Business Partner Direct Reports: None  Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
