Storm Guard Roofing & Construction is seeking a high-energy Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, and team coordination in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As Office Manager, you will be the hub of communication between production, sales, and administrative teams, ensuring projects, schedules, and workflows run efficiently.

What You’ll Own
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
  • Support sales, production, and management teams to ensure smooth workflows
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and company documentation
  • Coordinate internal communications and team meetings
  • Assist with onboarding, HR processes, and team support initiatives
  • Implement systems and processes to improve office efficiency
