Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions in a hybrid format.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in psychology.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice psychology in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Passion for mental health advocacy and client-centered care.
