Student- Esports Broadcast Technician (Work Study Only)

The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University’s traditional campus is currently seeking a student broadcast technician to support the varsity Esports program. The Esports Broadcast Technician is responsible for streaming and broadcasting all matches for the SNHU Esports program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Real-time operation of the SNHU Esports Twitch.
• Preparation for upcoming matches.
• Development and production of animations for all SNHU Esports streams and videos.
• Participation as a member of the SNHU Esports content team.
• Development of new videos to utilize in stream transitions and overlays.
• Review of video content and streaming in national collegiate esports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment in an Undergraduate program at SNHU
• Work Study as part of financial aid package
• Strong video editing skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Respectfulness and exceptional communication skills
• Experience with technology utilized in esports productions (Streamlabs OBS, Vmix, Twitch, YouTube)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with collegiate esports
• Knowledge of technology utilized in esports productions (Streamlabs OBS, Vmix, Twitch, YouTube)

Work Hours:

Flexible shift hours between 8:00am-10:00pm

Degree Programs:
