Analyst-Revenue Cycle Financial

Job Summary

Provides analytical support to the revenue cycle leadership team. Prepares and maintains accurate accounting records using established procedures in order to properly reflect BMHCC’s operating results and financial position.

Responsibilities

• Creates and performs analysis on financial and operational date.
• Demonstrates an ability to evaluate and maintain the proper level of data integrity within all revenue cycle financial systems.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency with all financial information systems including core transaction system, decision support, data warehouse, and PC financial application tools to complete internal and external work product.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with Managed Care Contracting and Patient Accounting
• Complete assigned goals

Specifications

Experience

Minimum Required

• One (1) year of experience in a related field.

Preferred/Desired

• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle

Education

Minimum Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred/Desired

• MBA

Training

Minimum Required

• Expert level Excel, including using pivot table, and slicers.
