Maintenance Assistant Job Summary
As Maintenance Assistant, you'll do a variety of tasks, like fixing small problems and doing important proactive work. Your hard work will help keep our buildings and equipment working well and looking good.
 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Fix both small and big problems to keep our community running smoothly.
  • Do regular maintenance to make sure everything looks nice and is comfortable for residents and staff.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Director to update them on systems, issues and remedies.
  • Quickly and effectively respond to maintenance requests to keep residents safe and happy.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized, and always follow safety rules.
 
Qualifications:
  • It's great if you've fixed things before, but we'll teach you if you're eager to learn.
  • Know how to do preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen.
  • Work with others effectively.
  • Pay attention to details and solve problems carefully.
  • Care about making a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
