Job Summary
At The Ridge, you’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment alongside experienced psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral health professionals — all united by one goal: helping our clients and their families reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
Â
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for new residents.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and medication management plans.
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team for holistic support.
- Educate residents and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence.
- Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis stabilization when needed.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within our EHR system.

Qualifications
Â
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with PMHNP certification
- Active NH Nurse Practitioner License and DEA (or in process)
- 2+ years of psychiatric experience, preferably with adolescents or young adults
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
