Pay: $65–$75 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Flexible Options – Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our talented rehab team. At Napa Post Acute, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, compassionate care while helping residents regain independence and quality of life in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapy to promote independence and improve daily living skills.

• Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and nursing staff.

• Document progress accurately and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and care strategies.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license (required).

• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
