Pay: $65–$75/hr (DOE) | Flexible Scheduling

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve resident function and mobility

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to achieve optimal outcomes

• Document progress and adjust treatment as needed to support rehabilitation goals

• Provide education and support to residents and families

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Skilled Nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to clinical excellence
