What You’ll Do
Perform wound care and skin assessments per physician orders and facility protocols
Document treatments and monitor healing progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
Educate staff on wound prevention and skin integrity best practices
Participate in care planning and resident care conferences
What We’re Looking For
Active California LVN license (required)
Prior wound care or treatment nurse experience preferred
Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
