Napa Post Acute is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team on the NOC (night) shift.
Position Details:
Shift: NOC / Night Shift
Pay: Starting at $45/hour (based on experience)
Location: Napa, CA
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, and interdisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Active California RN license in good standing
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred
Ability to work independently during night shift
