Summary Â
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting all operations associates and operational functions including order processing, estimating, purchasing, logistics, people management and development, and customer service. Â
Â
Essential FunctionsÂ
Oversee all operations ensuring all necessary supplies and materials needed to complete jobs are orderedÂ
Partner with scheduling team to confirm schedule is up to date and at capacityfor the amount of Install teams are availableÂ
Review all jobs with Sales team, Purchasing team, and Schedulers to verify correct amount of material and manpower to execute the jobÂ
Certify all items on the schedule are legitimate and to determine if billable and verify that the correct procedures are being followed to ensure paymentÂ
Maintain excellent relationships with builders and design companies to ensure jobs are running smoothly and productively Â

Education & ExperienceÂ
RequiredÂ
​​High School or equivalent​Â
Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
PreferredÂ
​​Bachelor's Degree​Â

Skills & Competencies Â
Proven history as a team leaderÂ
Successful history in managing branch operationsÂ
Knowledge of the construction industryÂ
Experience with RFMS a plusÂ
Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)Â
Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workersÂ
Proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issuesÂ
Exhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process, and makes timely decisionsÂ
Strong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production processÂ
Working knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and word process software and order processing systemsÂ
