Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 2548 Highway 10 NE in Mounds View, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Handle cash management and daily financial reporting
- Hourly is $15-20/ hr DOE
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on creating positive experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
