Event and Retail Specialists at Rite Window typically earn between $50,000 and $60,000 per year, with top performers making $80,000+ annually. About the Role

  • Represent Rite Window at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns

  • Engage customers face-to-face to educate and promote premium home improvement solutions

  • Deliver confident product presentations and generate qualified leads

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

  • Use this role as a launchpad into a long-term career in Sales or Leadership

Key Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
