Position Summary: Performs diverse duties involved in managing all functions pertaining to building operations and maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•   Directs and supervises the daily work assignments for all three shifts.
•   Recommends projects and budgets as required.
•   Trains staff as needed.
•   Participates in hospital committees as assigned.
•   Assists in quality improvement for customer and staff satisfaction.
•   Assists in maintaining regulatory compliance with all required agencies.
•   Assists director as needed.
•   Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habitsÂ
•   Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct
Required Qualifications: Â
Education and Training:
•   Licensed Stationary Engineer with Universal CFC certification preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered
