About the Role

The Manager of Commercial Operations is the unifying force across the Phare Commercial team owning the systems, processes, and insights that power our go‑to‑market execution and revenue performance. This role spans sales administration, marketing operations, reporting, process optimization, and cross‑functional coordination across both Phare and the broader R1 organization. In this role you will anticipate needs, identify operational gaps, and take ownership of closing them to help build and scale a high‑performing Commercial organization at the forefront of AI in healthcare. To thrive in this role, you must be impeccably organized, operate proactively across a broad scope of responsibilities, and adapt to evolving priorities.
