Join our family and shape unforgettable experiences for our guests.   SHIFT MANAGER As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for our guests and team members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain a Gaming license. Must be able to obtain an ABLE license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods. Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Moderate to high noise levels.
