About theĀ Sales Development Representative - Digital Ads:Ā
MarketStarĀ is looking for aĀ Sales Development Representative (SDR)Ā to support ourĀ newest client, a global media and technology company.Ā As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to our suite of solutions.Ā You will contact and build influential relationships with prospective customers, sales reps, and partner contacts via phone and email interactions, providing value to bothĀ the client and the advertisers they support.Ā

What Will You Do?Ā
Proactively reach out to potential clients through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.Ā
Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team.Ā
Develop andĀ maintainĀ a deep understanding of ourĀ clientāsĀ products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.Ā
Follow a structured sales process to ensure consistent and efficient lead management.Ā
MaintainĀ accurateĀ records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.Ā
Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.Ā
Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.Ā
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of outreach campaigns and improve performance.Ā
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation toĀ dealĀ closure.Ā

What Will You Need to Succeed?Ā
PreviousĀ experience in a competitive sales environment; Digital Ads, SaaS, or B2B sales experienceĀ preferred.Ā
Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.Ā
A strong willingness to be coached and developed, with a commitment to continuous learning.Ā
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ā
Ability to build andĀ maintainĀ strong client relationships.Ā
A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.Ā
Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Ā

US Hourly:Ā Compensation Range: $40,000 - $45,000Ā
The hourly pay for this position is 19.23. ThisĀ payĀ structure may also include a variable bonusĀ componentĀ ofĀ $5,000 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the roleās responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
