The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in building and sustaining a high‑performing, engaged workforce that supports Etnyre’s mission of delivering superior products and services. This position leads talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The HR Manager partners closely with leaders across the organization to drive culture, support organizational change, and implement HR programs that strengthen business performance. Key Responsibilities • Conduct workforce planning assessments to identify staffing needs • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent • Manage full‑cycle recruitment and track key hiring metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, internal promotions) • Perform job analyses and maintain accurate job descriptions • Lead onboarding, new‑hire orientation, recognition programs, and succession planning • Support member development through training coordination and coaching • Partner with managers to build high‑performing teams and strengthen leadership capability • Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, and employee relations • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements • Prepare reports and participate in audits for EEO, VETS, AAP, and other compliance programs • Conduct fair, impartial investigations into employee concerns or complaints • Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and consistently applied • Analyze compensation and benefits data to support recommendations and program improvements • Collect and interpret HR metrics related to turnover, engagement, training participation, and total rewards • Provide insights to leadership to support data‑driven decision‑making • Promote and model company values, mission, and vision • Champion organizational change initiatives and support leaders through transitions • Lead special projects to standardize HR practices across all locations • Serve as a trusted resource to members and managers • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent HR experience • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience • Experience supervising or mentoring HR staff preferred • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws • Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and execute HR initiatives • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills • Proficiency with HRIS systems and general computer applications • PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred
